Hi, I’m Aishling, a qualified holistic therapist based between Banbridge and Newry (just off the A1, BT32 3PG).
I help women reduce stress, ease muscular pain, and support nervous system balance through massage therapy, reflexology, KCR, aromatherapy and more.
Every treatment is tailored to your needs, whether you’re dealing with tension, stress, fatigue, or general overwhelm.
My home clinic is a calm, private female-only space where you can fully switch off and reset.

I would highly recommend Aishling. I had my first treatment today… a tension relief massage and was very impressed with how welcoming Aishling was and the lovely calm relaxing treatment room to the very thorough massage which really helped me. Loved the wee thoughtful touches at the end as well the bottle of water and herbal tea and treat to take home.. such a lovely touch. Thanks so much Aishling

After a very busy January, I was in need of a back, neck and shoulder massage. Found Aishling and am so glad I did. Great experience, wonderful setting and such a warm welcome for my first visit. Walked out feeling so relaxed and well taken care of. Would recommend whole heartedly.
